Email Set-up Instructions for Outlook

To set-up email for your version of Outlook…

  1. Find the “Tools” menu to start adding your new email address your Outlook program.
  2. Select “Add a new e-mail account”, and then click Next.
  3. Choose “Other” for your type of account you are adding.
  4. Enter the basic information prompted on the screen (Name, Email Address, Password, Description).
  5. Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):
    Host Name: r7-vancouver.webserversystems.com
    User Name: your email address
    Password: __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __
    Incoming Server Port Number: 993
    Incoming Server Supports SSL? yes
  6. Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
    Host Name: r7-vancouver.webserversystems.com
    User Name: your email address
    Password: __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __
    Outgoing Server Port Number: 465
    Outgoing Server Supports SSL? yes
