Whether you’re at work or at home, I’m sure that there may be a point in the day that you are feeling a little stressed out or bothered by some obstacle that is in your way today. If that’s the case, I would like to take this moment to tell you that it’s okay to take a few minutes for yourself and simply relax. Whatever it is that you are doing right now, I want you to stop and take a few deep breaths to collect yourself and remember that you are capable of getting it done.
I found this really simple and neat website/app that is called Calm
Simply visit the website, and you have instant access to peaceful sights and sounds that will help you with your relaxation. You can even set a 2, 5, 10, 15, or 20 min Guided Calm (a.k.a meditation) to help facilitate your calmness.
