Buckle up, robbers: the law is coming for you and they are doing it in an environmentally sustainable way. While neighbourhood patrol has been cruising around the cul-de-sacs in hybrids for a few years now, highway chases have been left to the gas guzzlers. No more: introducing the Police Responder Hybrid Sedan.

Sexy name, and sexier speeds.  Based on the Ford Fusion Hybrid, some changes have been made to kit it out for police work: a better engine cooling, stronger brakes, a more rugged suspension system… and of course, some skid plates. The car is still undergoing test from sheriff departments in Los Angeles and Michigan State, but is all goes to plan, the green cars should be in rotation for late Spring.
